Концепция реконструкции и развития системы ППД Компании предусматривает масштабное внедрение новых технологий, в том числе с учетом передового зарубежного опыта, на основе технических решений, эффективных с точки зрения увеличения конечного коэффициента нефтеотдачи при оптимизации энергозатрат на закачку рабочего агента.
В настоящее время насосный агрегат КАМАТ работает на КНС-4 НГДУ "Альметьевнефть", ВЕПУКО - на КНС-86а НГДУ "Елховнефть". Первые результаты использования нового оборудования в нефтегазодобывающих управлениях показали значительное снижение потребления электроэнергии данными агрегатами по сравнению с центробежными насосами аналогичной производительности.
Окончательное решение о целесообразности дальнейшего внедрения подобных насосов будет принято по результатам опытно-промышленных работ на основе технико-экономического обоснования на техническом совете ОАО "Татнефть" в конце 2012 года.
TATNEFT Improves the Reservoir Pressure Maintenance System (RPM)
TATNEFT Company has successfully implemented plunger pumps of KAMAT and WEPUKO German companies. The modern foreign made equipment was acquired in December 2011 for carrying out pilot operations works as part of the "Concept of reconstruction and development of the OAO TATNEFT's RPM system during the period from 2011 to 2015".
The Company's RPM reconstruction and development concept provides for large-scale introduction of new technologies taking into account advanced international practices, based on technical solutions that are effective in terms of increasing the final recovery factor with optimization of energy consumption for injecting the working agent.
Currently the KAMAT pumping unit operates at water-injection cluster pumping station (KNS) No. 4 of NGDU "Almetyevneft", while the WEPUKO one has been installed at water-injection cluster pumping station (KNS) No. 86a of NGDU "Elkhovneft". The first results of the new equipment application at the Oil & Gas Production Boards demonstrated a significant reduction of power consumption by the units compared to centrifugal pumps of similar capacity.
The final decision on whether to continue the implementation of these pumps will be taken by the technical council of OAO TATNEFT at the end of 2012 by the results of the pilot operations on the basis of a feasibility study to be made.
